Nigerians React To Buhari's N3.6 BILLION BMW Cars For Aso Rock In 2016.

As details of President Muhammadu Buhari’s ‘Budget of Change’ for 2016 continue to emerge, the backlash from Nigerians is increasing.
A breakdown of the 2016 budget presented by the President to the National Assembly, last week, reveals that a whooping sum of N3.6 billion has been earmarked for the purchase of BMW cars for Aso Rock.
As hardship bites and Nigeria’s economy shrinks in the face of falling oil revenues, Nigerians are not impressed with the stupendous conspicuous consumption spending by the Federal Government.
Here are some tweets expressing the views of Nigerians on the “frivolous” expense line.
