A Fulani socio-cultural association, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore yesterday sent a final warning to former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-kayode over insult on the Fulani race. National president of the association, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Bodejo gave the warning after consultation with the South-West organisations’ leaders in Abuja. According to Bodejo, Fani-Kayode have earlier described all the Fulani herdsmen as ‘tse-tse fly, locust, leeches’ and also called for the ban of herdsmen from Southern Nigeria. ABUJA-The two day retreat for 36 ministerial nominees who were recently screened and confirmed by the Senate recently would kick off today. Already, the ministers-designate, it was gathered, arrived Abuja last night. Venue of the retreat is the International Conference Center, ICC, Abuja. The event which would commence by 9:am is expected to be declared open President Mohammadu Buhari. It will be recalled that the last batch of the confirmed nominees names was submitted to the president at the presidential villa in Abuja by the president of the senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki on Tuesday which made the retreat possible. Former Chocolate City vocalist, Brymo, has released an international album in the USA. Former Choc City artist,  Olawale Ashimi , better known as  Brymo , has released a new international album and he's calling it  Trance . The much anticipated album which will be distributed exclusively in the US was released by his American record label  Tate Music Group , QED reports. Born singer of the hit song  Ara  signed a territorial recording and distribution deal with the America based record label in March 2015. Trance is an eight-track compilation of songs that feature various genres of music from African folk to soul and afro beat. Brymo’s previous albums include  Son of a Kapenta  (2012),  Merchants, Dealers & Slaves (2013) and  Tabula Rasa  (2014).

 The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, yesterday, gave the former National Security Adviser, NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki (retd), the nod to travel abroad for medical treatment. In a ruling yesterday, trial Justice Ademola Adeniyi hinged his decision to give Dasuki  three weeks medical leave abroad on his “deteriorating health condition.” Former national security adviser of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Sambo Dasuki Justice Adeniyi dismissed fears by the Federal Government that the former NSA, who is facing a five-count charge bordering on alleged illegal possession of firearms and money laundering,  could go into hiding once allowed outside the shores of Nigeria. The Federal Government  had,  through the Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, Mr. Mohammed Diri,  opposed Dasuki’s application to be allowed to go for medical checkup abroad.
